How are rewards calculated?
You earn 15% on virtual server spending and 5% on other services. Rewards are calculated on the referred client’s spending excluding tax, rather than account top-ups.
When are rewards credited?
Eligible service charges are processed for referral rewards no earlier than 20 days after the charge. You can see credited rewards in your account history.
How do I withdraw my rewards?
Contact support to arrange a withdrawal. Your available referral balance is shown in the referral section of your account.
